I did My 15 day internship on Animal cell culture and Molecular biology under the guidance of Dr. Shaon and Dr. Priyanka.
I received hands-on experience in both the subjects- (cell maintenance, passaging, antibacterial kill curve, cryopreservation, thawing, DNA and Protein Extraction.)
The practical classes covered the principles and methodologies of the practical work being done.
The unending patience from Dr. Shaon and Dr. Priyanka gave us opportunities to learn from beyond the textbook. They cleared all the doubts. Their love, dedication, encouragement, hardwork, patience and expertise has also inspired me and has deepened my interest for the subject.
Overall I have learnt important skills for the subject and it was a cool experience!
